The best way to book is by sending an email to wildwingsforestschool@gmail.com or using the contact form on the website to express your interest.

Our sessions take place outside no matter the weather. As such, it is vital that we are prepared for any changes in weather. Layers, waterproof coats/trousers, waterproof and sturdy footwear are essential items. In the summer, suncream and sunhat are advised.

Please make payment via bank transfer prior to the start of the session(s) you are paying for. 

We reserve the right to cancel sessions in case of extreme weather when we feel it is not safe enough to go ahead. If this happens, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

In case of staff illness, we will try our best to find a substitute but if this is not possible, we will have to cancel the session. In this case, we will either offer an alternative session or a refund. 

Once children have started attending sessions, we cannot offer refunds

We need minimum 10 attendees for our holiday clubs and after school clubs to go ahead. 24 hours notice will be given before the session is cancelled.

We can offer refunds if the cancellation happens at least 2 days before the session.
